PL3000 SprayMaster

In 1989, Langeman bought their first polyurethane spray system. This new industry was exciting, but equipment failure limited the use and effectiveness of application. To tackle this problem, Langeman developed digital metering technology, using computers to control plural component metering pump systems.  Precise control of ratio and flow rate was now achieved.
 

PL3000 Spray Master

Langeman introduced the PL3000 SprayMaster in 1993. A low pressure, computer controlled dispensing system for industrial polyurethane applications. In 1995, Langeman attained a US Patent for plural component, digital metering machinery.
