Five Year Equipment Warranty

All Langeman Manufacturing Ltd. equipment is warranted for FIVE (5) YEARS from date of shipment, with purchase of Langeman chemical materials.

Machinery and/or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period shall be replaced or repaired (at Langeman Manufacturing's sole discretion). Any machinery or parts found to be modified, altered, misused, abused or neglected will void the warranty. Langeman Manufacturing’s obligation under this warranty shall be exclusively limited to repairing or replacing (at Langeman Manufacturing’s option) products which are determined by Langeman Manufacturing to be defective upon delivery F.O.B. (return freight paid by customer) to Langeman Manufacturing, and on inspection by Langeman Manufacturing. This warranty does not apply to defects due, directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or items that would normally be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether written, oral or implied including any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Langeman Manufacturing will not be responsible for any loss of business, downtime, goodwill, late delivery, or any other commitment incurred by the customer that may be related to the purchase, use, repair, or return of any Langeman Manufacturing machine without prior written authorization.
