Shipping Method

All orders are shipped before the end of the next business day by a Langeman approved courier unless special arrangements are agreed to at the time of purchase. Address must be a physical address as deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box. WireTrimŽ Edge Cutting Tape is shipped via Air courier service. Cup Brushes are shipped using Ground courier service.

Online Shipping Rates:

Every online order of WireTrim tape products (ProLine, TrueLine, RedLine, and FiberLine) will received $5.00 OFF the offline shipping rate.

Shipping rates will now be as follows:

  • 1 Box: $20.00 (originally $25.00)
  • 2 Boxes: $25.00 (originally $30.00)
  • 3 Boxes: $35.00 (originally $40.00)
  • 4 Boxes: $45.00 (originally $50.00)
  • 5 Boxes: $55.00 (originally $60.00)
  • 6 Boxes: $60.00 (originally $65.00)
  • 7 Boxes: $65.00 (originally $70.00)
  • 8 Boxes: $65.00 (originally $70.00)
  • 9 Boxes: $75.00 (originally $80.00)
  • 10 Boxes: $95.00 (originally $100.00)
  • 11-20 Boxes: $115.00 (originally $120.00)
  • 21-30 Boxes: $145.00 (originally $150.00)
  • 31-39 Boxes: $175.00 (originally $180.00)
  • 40+ Boxes: $FREE (originally $00.00)
Shipping:
  • If you live in an area experiencing unexpected service delays, please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery of your order.
  • If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. Additional shipping costs may apply for rerouting or for orders returned to Langeman and shipped to a corrected address.

Langeman Return Policy

Customers may return any product purchased from Langeman within 30 days of initial purchase by dealing directly with Langeman via the procedure outlined below. Langeman will work with customer to either find a replacement product or credit the account.

Return Procedure:
  • Returned goods will be accepted without charge for goods that are deemed to be defective or when goods received by customer differ from product requested on the original order form
  • Email sales@langeman.com to request a return and get an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Your invoice number must be included and you must provide a reason for your return request
  • Returns will not be accepted without an RGA
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Langeman accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to items while in return transit
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
