6” Abrasive-Filament Cup Brush
Lower Price…Better Performance! Our new cup brush is ideally suited for prepping a truck bed for increased adhesion of the spray-on liners. Prep up to 50 trucks with one cup brush and do a better job with less effort and in half of the time required for hand scuffing. The nylon filaments of the cup brush are impregnated with silicon carbide and perform best at low speed (1000-2000 RPM) leaving an effective swirl pattern and less dust. This cup brush will mount to our low-cost pneumatic polisher or to any standard, low-speed electric and pneumatic polishers with a 5/8-11 UNC spindle.

Pneumatic Air Polisher
We have tested this well-priced, low-speed pneumatic polisher for use with our abrasive-coated cup brush. The results were excellent. The use of this combination air tool and cup brush will reduce the time spent hand scuffing and will produce better results. We recommend a minimum of a 5 horsepower air compressor for adequate air volume. The spindle size is 5/8-11 UNC.

This NIOSH approved fresh air system package delivers clean, breathable air into a disposable tyvek hood eliminating the possibility of an improperly fitted mask while providing comfort for the operator. The air pump is portable and oil-less, producing no carbon monoxide or oil vapors and does not require carbon monoxide monitoring or other alarm systems. The pump comes fully assembled including all filters, fittings and couplers. The system package includes one hood with supply hose and belt harness, a 3/4HP ambient air pump with a 50ft air hose and 10 peel-off lens covers.
