Thick, Tough & Rubbery
Reflex spray-on truck bed liner chemical material is spray-applied up to 1/4" thick forming a rugged, watertight, durable truck bed liner for demanding, every-day use. It won't crack, peel or warp and permanently protects your truckbed from abrasion and rust. The extreme flexibility of a Reflex spray-on truck bed liner provides a rubbery, non-slip, textured surface that grips your cargo and holds it in place.
This high-end elastomeric polymer will spray out in high humidity without the use of a moisture combative molecular sieve, a talc-like powder found in many older formulations yet still used by many spray-on systems.
Polyurethane, Polyurea & Hybrid Polyurea Chemistry
Urethanes are formed by the reaction between an isocyanate (A side) and a polyol (B side) and is by far the leader in flexibility, abrasion resistance, and temperature range.
Reflex RX700 is comprised of 100% solids and does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or produce flammable vapors.
Ready to Use
Reflex RX700 develops a tack-free surface in just two minutes and can be trimmed immediately. The actual preparation and professional application of a Reflex spray-on truck bed liner requires just a few hours, after which it is ready for light-use immediately and heavy hauling after 24 hours.
Long-lasting, Brilliant Color
With Reflex proprietary chemistry, the use of readily available automotive colorants makes color matching a breeze, resulting in superior gloss, color retention and UV stability, all without an additional topcoat.
At only 45 pounds per container, Reflex chemicals are easy to handle in the standard 5-gallon buckets and are factory sealed for quality. By contrast, most competitor’s systems are shipped in 55-gallon steel barrels weighing more than 450 pounds each. They require heavy barrel handling, mixing and transfer equipment. Even worse, steel barrels are difficult and expensive to dispose of properly.
