Return Policy

Customers may return any product purchased from Langeman Manufacturing Ltd. within 30 days of initial purchase by dealing directly with Langeman via the procedure outlined below. Langeman will work with customer to either find a replacement product or credit the account.

Return Procedure:

  • Returned goods will be accepted without charge for goods that are deemed to be defective or when goods received by customer differ from product requested on the original order form
  • Email sales@langeman.com to request a return and get an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Your invoice number must be included and you must provide a reason for your return request
  • Returns will not be accepted without an RGA
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Langeman accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to items while in return transit
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
