LANGEMAN INTRODUCES REVOLUTIONARY POLYURETHANE SPRAY SYSTEM
10/31/2006
LEAMINGTON, Ontario, Canada, October 31, 2006 – Langeman Manufacturing Limited, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of low-pressure polyurethane spray equipment, announced today that it would introduce a revolutionary polyurethane spray system in January 2007. The system and chemistry, known as GX and Gardit respectively, will be on display at the 2006 SEMA Show in Las Vegas October 31 – November 3.

GX machinery offers customers the versatility to bring affordable, high-strength, two-component industrial polyurethane coatings to a number of industries including automotive, agriculture, construction, signage and more. With a fine particulate spray pattern, GX delivers a smooth, even coat of Gardit chemistry to nearly any material. From running boards, rocker panels and fenders, to van interiors, speaker cabinets, sign foam, wood and concrete; Langeman’s GX equipment utilizes low-pressure for the easiest application of industrial coatings available on the market.

“We understood that the uses for a versatile, low-cost, high-quality polyurethane spray system were virtually endless,” said Gary Langeman, president, Langeman Manufacturing Limited. “That’s why we designed and engineered our low-pressure GX spray system and Gardit chemistry to produce expert results without the need for highly-skilled workers or costly, complicated, high-pressure equipment.”

Weighing-in at less than 100 lbs., the GX spray system can be shipped in a box and set-up in minutes. This “clean hands” system requires little or no operator training.

About GX
GX spray systems feature two chemical tanks whose contents are mixed as they flow through the patented zero-maintenance spray gun that produces unique atomization and a fine particulate spray. The complete machine function and spray process is controlled with a single valve on the spray gun.

Gardit chemistry maintains the stringent safety and health standards of Langeman’s Reflex spray systems. Langeman’s GX spray systems and Gardit chemistry will be available exclusively through the Langeman Manufacturing Web site.
